For server assigned DNS the servers defined in your global settings are
used. You can not change them on a per use basis.
OK, maybe I shouldn't have called it per-user DNS. That's very misleading
and I didn't think about it. So, let's call it Dynamic DNS or DNS UPDATE
per the ISC BIND website.
