On PRI channels can be configured for use both incoming and outgoing.

Yes, you can set a pool of ports for incoming only and a pool for outgoing
only (And also a shared pool). You can do say S0-S9 as inbound, S10-S19 as
inbound and outbound, and S20-29 as outbound only.

Yes, You can set them modems to outbound network devices. You can access
them a number of different ways depending on the application and host OS.

Admin is the equivilent of !root and NAS-Prompt has limited access to

Yes, You can order it with redundant -48V power supplies if using a -48V
power source.
