1) there are no AT commands, as specified before, except those listed at:

2) dialout is NOT v.90 or K56Flex, it's v.34

"V.90 is not supported for dial-out. The maximum analog dial-out
speed is 33600bps for V.34, K56flex, and V.90."
which begs a question of why do you need to turn these off when dialing
out?
