use commas

either use commas and/or limit the connect rate to 28.8

Hmm, I know someone had a fix for when commas didn't work ... but I can't
find it now 8(

If you have time search through the archives, but the subject line most
likely won't have USR, 3com, sportster in it... 8) that's cuz my saved
messages didn't.
