(PM) Any problems with euro-isdn?

I'll be installing a PM3 for euro-isdn only, no modems, next week.

I'm a little worried hearing about the trouble some people have with the
PM3, but am I correct in the understanding that it is only modem problems,
while pure isdn works ok?
