Isnt there some special proprietary framing code that Cisco's use? What if
your phone co is using Cisco equipment on their end to capture and forward
the frames? If they are looking for a special Cisco frame-type, they may
be discarding other frames. Have you asked them if your lines have been
set to recognize and forward only cisco frame types? Im not really sure, I
just remember reading some dox on the ciscos that sounds like this.
