(PM) problem started a year ago, still NOT SOLVED!

Story:
November 1997 we installed stac card into a pm3. The pm3 started to behave
strange and gave random reboots, several times per day. PRI interfaces
would not always come up after the reboots which could only be solved by
turning the pm3 off and on again. We reported all this to Livingston. Only
solution was to remove the stac card, and it still is out of the box.

Our problems are getting even worse with the new comos releases, our pm3s
are not stable on any release over 3.7.2c3. Running anything above causes
random reboots and huge connection problems.

We have noticed that the pm3's are instable during heavy load. We have a
second pm3 setup with maximum 2-4 simultanous connections and running 3.8.2
with stac card. This works fine. We tried load balancing our first pm3 with
this second one, apparently the load then got to big and both pm3's now
randomly reboots. This is totally unacceptable.

I REALLY cannot afford to buy dual-PRI pm3s just to get the average load
well below 50% usage during peak, I need them to be working their ass off to
make money.

I have lost count of all stac-traces i have mailed the livingston people,
and still not a clue of whats wrong?!?!

I think I have been very patient and cooperative, but now i've had it. I
REALLY NEED THESE PROBLEMS FIXED NOW!
