-| Is it necessary to erase old com OS prior to upgrading OS's on a PM3? We are
-| running 3.7.2 and would like safest fastest way to upgrade to the latest

There are messages in the archives which walk you through it step by step.
There are also release notes at www.livingston.com telling you what is
necessary, and the proper steps as well. (upgrading dictionary/radius,
etc) -- i DONT do an erase before, and i like to use tftp to do my uploads
as well.
