And so you are mad because of a bug(s) in windows 95? You dont have any
control over the DUN that your customers are using. Recommending that they
download something like Trumpet, would be no different than recommending
(or requiring) them to upgrade to dun 1.3.

Just point them to the Microsoft web page where they SPECIFICALLY speak of
the BUG in Dum 1.2.
