Well, yeah it wasn't very clear... what I really meant was, it's easier to
fit multiple 48 address ranges without trouble with .0 and .255... i.e the
usual setup starting from .16 for the first PM3 etc.

What I left out of the pictures are those customers with static IP, anything
from a /32 to a /28, which could connect to any of the PM3. They generate
more OSPF traffic. And then there are the dial-on-demand customers...
I will try to assess how much traffic is OPSF generating...
