Listening to all of these messages I can tell that it exists a solution at
www.allot.com, LINUX based, doing bandwidth allocation ( trafic shaping )
and accounting in the same time. We store volume and duration of
connections/trafic in a database (per IP....) on our LINUX box and make it
available through HTML reports, ODBC drivers and export it to RADIUS
machine.
