Check their CPU speed if it isn't 200MHz or better I'd advise a new modem,
granted most say either 133 or 166, but seriously if they have office on
it and findfast runs, it'll muck up consistently.

That +ms=v34 will lock it to v.34 (if that wasn't apparent ;) Terradon,
from DiamondMM has been working on the Supra line from what it seems like
with his posts here. It should be in the archives with a few strings he's
recommended. Latest flash usually helps.

SM stands for Soft Modem another CPU dependent design, don't expect much
from Motorola, they don't really support these anymore. This is
especially since they have discontinued 'selling' modems. Again, getting
a Lucent chip'd modem may be in your best interests to reduce Technical
support time and making the customer happy.
