(PM) Leopard and Supra Express 56SP modems

Hi,

We have moved our PM3 to a different POP which was all analog before. Now we
have a new set of connect problems to deal with!

I have a couple of users having trouble connecting to our PM3, 3.8.2.
The first is a Leopard FM 56Kmodem. I've discovered that this modem is
manufactured by Shark, and is a HSP modem (sigh, why do folks buy these
things?). I haven't discovered much else about it. It won't negotiate with
our PM3. Tried adding four commas - this simply made it worse. Anyone know
of a init string to use with this modem that might help?

The second is a Supra Express 56SP modem. It won't connect. In searching the
archives, I found an init string of &F2+MS=V34
(haven't tried it yet, the customer isn't home). Are there any better (or
other) init strings floating around out there for this modem?

Just got another call on a Motorola SM56 modem that can't connect. Haven't
been to the archives on this one yet (I will), but thought I'ld throw it in
this E-mail before I click send.

Thanks,
