Interesting you mention that. We have some users with the same kind of
problem - we'll start logging modem types for this problem to see if this is
the case. We're running 3.8. Tried 3.8.1 and got many calls that modems
weren't working now even though we didn't tell our customers we were
upgrading. Haven't tried 3.8.2 yet... heard some similar problems though...
