You're talkign about pass-thru, which means security *OFF* on the PM.
And all users will go to THE SAME HOST - it sounds like they want to send
to different hosts based on user.

I would never use pass-thru, it is ugly. Use RADIUS, it is jsut as
transparent when properly configured - and you have a lot of flexibility,
as opposed to none.
