(PM) Router Needed

Good Afternoon...

I'm going to be supplying a new apartment complex with access. The
owners had Cat5 built into each unit, so I'm going to drop a T1 and
connect all the units.

The first item I need to decide on is a good router. I'd like
something that's as easy as the RH348 (DHCP & NAT), such that
tennants can just plug in and specify the address of the router and
off they go. No IP addresses, no weasels running Web servers.

Anything from Lucington up to this task? Any other recomendations?

Thanks!
Scott
