(PM) backhauling pri's

I have a PM3-2T, 1 T is a CT1 direct from a Bell 5E - the other T I'd like
to use with a backhauled PRI circuit from a clec with a DMS500. 1st, can I
backhaul a PRI over a p-t-p T1 (b8zs esf)? 2nd, I recall someone mentioning
that the 2nd T slot derives its clock from the 1st slot - will this cause
problems?

Also, thanks to all who replied to my spammer question. It's not resolved
but time will tell. I still don't see any valid reason for a dial-up
customer with an IP assigned from the pool needing to send email through
smtp servers outside of the local domain....
