(PM) What externals are known to work well with PM3? (fwd)

This doesn't mean anything. X2 and V.90 are different protocols. I have
seen reports of people having this happen calling into 3Com racks - X2
outperforms V.90. That's just going to happen on some lines - I've also
seen lines where K56flex beats V.90. But in most cases V.90 beats K56flex
and X2. Just the nature of the game.

3Com V.90 Couriers actually work very well with PM-3s most of the time. It
may just be this guys line doesn't take V.90 well.
