No, PMVision will work with older ComOS revisions - it is just that certain
specific features of PMVision only work with ComOS 3.8 and up. So you can
load it and use it now with 3.7.2c3 and do pretty much what PMConsole supports.
For the advanced debugging, SNMP setup, and a few other bits, you need 3.8.
