that is true. Ill look it up unless someone already knows. I think last
time I purchased it for a customer, it was around $1200 for a 4700.

It just seems like a high amount for 24x7 telephone support. Thats not
even a warranty as far as I can tell, just the priveledge of talking to
people after hours. I think it would be better just to get the provision
service plan.
