I tried the PPPDecoder with a telnet session and it appears that the
problem with a telnet session getting debug info before login
occurs here too.
It looks to me like you need to do a 'set console c0' before
leaving a telnet session if you want to be sure that the
debug output doesn't end up going to a telnet session, or
don't use the online PPPDecoder...
