It seems this info isn't always available (or maybe doesn't have to
exist?). We got a PRI at one of our POPs and the RBOC people couldn't
tell us what the phone number for it was. I figured "I'll dial into one
of our other PM3's and it'll tell me the number I called from". No dice.
We're still waiting for an answer on what the phone number is...if it has
one yet.
