It could be our clients modems. Our clients mostly use US Robotics
Sportsters (for V.34 for now). As there are no "exotic" modems in use we
see fewer problems. At least that's my theory.

About V.90 - I do have clients requesting it, but I really don't think one
can loose much business on this issue. If you do, then there is something
wrong with your business (IMHO, please no offense).
