There is a software upgrade for this modem that seems to be sucessful in
getting this modem to connect. One of my techs keeps it handy for updating
customers' modems. I can't remember exactly what the version number is,
but it's something like 5.14 I think. Haven't had it fail to get a LT
WinModem connected yet.
