"Lock-up" in what sense? Does it reboot itself or freeze solid? Can you
put a terminal or something on the console port (c0) and get the output
(if any)? Can you still ping it from the network when it locks?

Have you tried running a production release, like 3.7.2c3 on this box
rather then a Beta release?
