User with bad ISDN setup that is connecting with V120. Probably a USR
I-Modem. V120 is very slow. It will only give you about 5KB/s per
channel, as opposed to 7KB/s for sync PPP.
Many users try to use login scripts over ISDN, but login scripts can't
be used on a sync connection, so the connection automatically kicks down
to async.
