Our total costs including PM3, PM3 Modems, racks, wiring, ISDN
Installation, Adtran, and Stac card is coming close to $450/Port for 96
ports.

The Adtran's BRIs come in octal cards, this will create 4 PRIs for two
PM3s but you have to purchase a sync card for the Adtran as the chassis
only supports two T1 interfaces. When done you are left with two spare T1
interfaces, a couple of extra BRIs to account for the D channels and one
empty slot on the Adtran.

With current pricing on BRIs our monthly costs for digital lines are now
$12 per channel less than analog and much less than CT1, and PRI is not
available.

If PRIs were available and depending on the pricing, this solution might
not be the best. It adds to the per port costs and is an extra piece of
equipment between the telco and the PM3.

Will post a URL Monday with more information and a few pictures for all to
see what it looks like..
