Not sure exactly what you mean. Our situation was that BRIs are available
but PRIs are not currently available. CT1 is priced such that it is
somewhat less expensive per channel to aggregate the BRI lines. Also,
since it really is ISDN, we get a few more features and fullspeed ISDN
connections.
