HI & Thanks in Advance

I am forwarding a message from a grumpy customer with hopes that you all
can help me out here. At the POP this customer is using, we have a PM2e30
with USR Sportsters (no flames please) Com O/S v3.3.2 and 4MB ram. Is this
guy full of it or does he have a legit gripe? Any thoughts before I loose
him (he is a local consultant)? And all his customers...

The message from him below.......

Thanks
