I have PM3 installed at University of Aveiro - Portugal.
I've some problems with 56Kbps "True Digital" cards and I'm asking
some help.
Last week I was using v.34 "True Digital" modem cards and my users
claim the access as perfect. When monitoring the users and everyone
with 33.6Kbps modems, the "show modem" command shows the users indeed
at 33.6Kbps.
Changing v.34 cards by k56flex cards the same 33.6Kbps users claim
line drops a few minutes later. The "show modem" command shows the
users connectd at 31.2Kbps when sould be 33.6Kbps. When a user carrier
is set at 33.6Kbps a few minutes later "show modem" or "show s(port
number)" shows 31.2Kbps as modem carrier!
I'm running ComOS 3.7.2c3
What could be the problem????
