(PM) Connection type acct vs. snmp vs. show

We're seeing some discrepencies on modem connection types (protocol and
compression). For example, for one caller, the radius accounting start record
shows:

Connect-Info = "2400 MNP/NONE"

yet, snmp returns:

...livingstonSerialModemProtocol.4 = none(1)
...livingstonSerialModemCompression.4 = none(1)

and a show m25 on the pm3 displays:

Connection Type: DIRECT/NONE

and finally, the radius accounting stop record shows:

Connect-Info = "2400 MNP/NONE"

This is with ComOS 3.7.2c3. So far, I've only noticed it with 2400bps
connections.
