Which software are they using? Win 95 DUN? Maybe they are not telling
their modem to pay attention to carrier detect, like an at&d3&c1, or maybe
they are not telling the SOFTWARE to pay attention to this. You have to
specifically do this with Trumpet, set hangup on loss of DCD.
