Hrm, I guess the isdn service cannot go thru the carrier you were trying.
So the problem remains that an OR-U can dial another location and get
isdn. And a DIFFERENT OR-U in another location can dial the PM3 in
questions, BUT the OR-U cannot connect to the PM 3? Have you tried the
isdn-debug option?
