Hello with ComOS 3.7.2 on PM2E,

I'd have thought that enabling OSPF would allow one PM2 to
see the other PM2's learned routes for those networks connected
to it. When I do a (show ospf links, show ospf neighbors) it returns
nothing or shows blank links.

Is there a more succint way of determining the correct / incorrect
configuration of OSPF on PM2E/ComOS.

If you had two brand new boxes, and an NT based router, with a Bay
Networks ASN router -- the two PM2 boxes being used as dialup -- which
of these devices would you have:
as the area border router?
as the designated router?

how many OSPF areas would you have, and who would be members of that?

The OSPF whitepaper on the livingston web site, is ..... too complex
and in depth IMHO to get practical use out of it.

Perhaps a few pointers as to the OSPF commands on the PM2 boxes would
be really helpful here.

Thanks
