The other end isn't listening. Notice that all you RECEIVE are Requests.
No ACKs or NAKs, and it keeps asking for the same thing over and over -
even if we ACK it. So, for some reason, the other end does not appear to
be listening to what the PM is saying. Maybe their modem, maybe their PC.
Can't say.
