No. SNMP specs don't allow it. I say "damn the SNMP specs", if the
user at the command line wants to reset them, it should be allowed,
"user beware". It's a royal pain. Yesterday the telco spliced over our
lines and it's very difficult now to see if they're clean without
doing a reboot.
