Yes, I know that a couple of times I saw problems when dialing in, f.e.
when I dialin I see part of a login prompt and part is garbled. I've never
seen this with ISDN (only when I tried to use X.75 T.70 NL from my Asus
ISDNlink, raw X.75 works fine).
But it never was so bad that users would start complaining. Usually it was
one or another user that had the dreaded "could not negotiate a compatible
set of network protocols" message, but usually reinstalling dialup
networking on that machine fixed the problems (and the problems with those
users were also apperaing on our all-analog Courier-Cisco2511
combination).
As soon as we put 3.8b17 on - boom. So I think it is something new in b17,
or at least it is more visible or worse in b17.
