Are you saying that your Trumpet users are communicating, but Trumpet
never displays the "My IP address = ..." phrase? That's normal - what
it means is that Trumpet requested the same IP address as before, and
it was available and unused on your portmaster. No IP address change,
no message.

On a big hunt group with many Portmasters, I seldom get that, but it
happens once in a while.
