(PM) Pipeline and the second channel

Anyone seen trouble with Pipeline's bringing up the second B channel on a
PM3 3.8*bx? The customer cycles power and it works, but after awhile it
drops and never tries to dial back in.

I assume this is a problem on the Pipeline side but not sure. Any comments
appreciated. I believe they said the rev was 6.0.
