(PM) [AAA] Strange Authentication Problem...

This only happens to a handful of users. Upon first glance,
it SEEMS to be related to the Port-Limit attribute. More
specifically, it seems to be related to some users where their
port-limit is set to 2

This is under Merit Radius 3.5.6

Anyone have a good vendor file for Livingston ? (if that's the reason ?)
