Have you tried upgrading the version of Windows 95 DUN? We've seen this
problem fixed about 1/3 of the time by upgrading (reinstalling Win 95 seems
to take care of the rest). We had similar problems with a few users (yes,
they connected just fine with a competitor) and this took care of it. The
ones that required reinstalls couldn't connect to anyone.
