The telco just put a loopback in it because they are coming to our
location to check for connectivity on the T-1 from us to the CO. I am
being told by the Telco that the PM3 is fried, but it seems just fine. I
can see a signal coming in, they saw that they cannot see one coming back
from the PM3 though.
