If the pm is connected to the jack properly, telco should be able to
'see' the pm's csu. If this is a new circuit, its not uncommon here
in BA country for them to have loopback plugs on all the spare mux
ports at their office. Be sure to tell them you are in loopback - it
could be at either end of the T....
