(PM) pm2 connect speeds

I've noticed lately that our pm3 gives true reading on connect speeds per
user (33600/26400) but our pm2 does not. I was wondering why this was? Is
this something that is not supported in the pm2? When I check speeds via
snmp, I always get back 115200. Anyone have some suggestions as to why this
would be the case?
