You said you are running b15 and are having problems. If those problems
were just as bad with 3.7.2c3, then something not good is going on, and
you should open a ticket with Lucent if you haven't done so already.

I think Karl (and others) mentioned previously that they were ok
with 3.7.2c3, but b15 was bad for them, so 3.7.2c3 won.
