I think it's a telco issue, but need help proving it. I get a carrier
timeout when dialing either of the above numbers. The telco says
nothing is wrong and to check my equipment...I think it is a switch
provisioning problem. I get TEI, just can't connect to devices on
different switches in different telco providers.
Perhaps I can get some other view points...
