You don't say what hardware is at either end, so this becomes difficult,
but with PM's at each end, the 2nd login will automatically bond to the
first if you've got the location set right. You may need to set the
telephone number to include both numbers you dial with an ampersand (&)
between them. Ex: set location foo tele 5551111&5551112
