OK for the v.90 code.

But, Lucent SHOULD FIX what they broke as well as what never worked in V.34
IMMEDIATELY.

Not having an improvement (wrt the broken v.34) vs. the current b15 in 60
days is damn near unbelievable if it weren't really happening.
