(PM) "Default" filter

Hi!

Is there a way to add automatically add a "default" filter on a dialup
connection with a PM3? And a "custom" filter given via the Radius
authentication?

For example:

By default, I apply on *ALL* connections, a filter with security features
like anti-smurf,... and depending on the account, another filter for
"mail-only" connection or "local intranet" connection?

Any idea?
