Don't forget the network address too.

set filter smurf.in 2 deny 0.0.0.0/0 XXX.YYY.ZZZ.0/32
set filter smurf.in 3 permit

If the customer doesn't have a /24, substitute the appropriate
broadcast and network addresses in lines 1 and 2.

Probably set s0 ifilter smurf.in...or whatever name the IRX uses for the
v.35 ports.
